Kids and Apps

The Kids tools and the Apps page don't require an account and don't collect any personal information. Letter tracing runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.

If You Sign In

Signing in uses Google OAuth. If you use the calendar or family features, we store the account and calendar data you create so the feature works. We do NOT sell or share your data, use tracking or analytics, or collect anything beyond what a feature you're actually using needs.

RBCalendar Android App

RBCalendar reads your Google Calendar events (read-only) to show them in a home screen widget. Everything is cached locally on your device. Nothing is transmitted to us or anyone else.

Data Storage and Security

• Website data is stored securely on our hosting provider's servers
• Android app data never leaves your device
• We use industry-standard security practices
• We retain account data only for as long as your account exists

Third-Party Services

• Google Calendar API (when you authorize access)
• Google OAuth for authentication
• We do not share your data with any other third parties

Your Rights

• Revoke Google Calendar access anytime through your device settings or Google account
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
• Delete RBCalendar app data by uninstalling the app
• Request a copy of your data
• Request data deletion

Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for family use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. RBCalendar and the website are intended to be used by parents/guardians to manage family calendars, and the Kids tools collect no personal information from anyone.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
